为加强校园电动车充电及停放管理，保障校园安全，现将有关事宜通知如下。
To reinforce the management on electromobiles inside the campus and ensure the school security, hereby inform the details of this campaign.
一、专项整治
Specialized Campaign
建管处、保卫处联合临安市公安局驻校警务站将于11月15日起在学校校园内联合开展电动车充电管理专项治理。
Infrastructure Management Department, Security Department and the Police Station of Lin’an police in ZAFU will make a joint force from November 15th to reinforce the management on electromobiles inside the campus.
二、电动车管理
Electromobile management
1、校园内电动车充电必须在学校设置的校园电动车充电桩上充电，严禁私拉电线和插座给电动车充电。相关单位或个人须在学校开展治理行动之前主动拆除已接不规范的充电线路。
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electromobiles by the electric wires or the sockets installed in private. All are required to charge the electromobiles by the charging piles set up by school inside the campus. It is also required to dismantle the improper wires set by any individuals or units before the joint campaign starts.
2、充电场所的电动车须有秩序停放充电，不充电或充电完毕的电动车及时拉走，尽量不要占用充电位置，以方便其他电动车充电。
All the vehicles must line up in order while charging. It is required to drive away your vehicles once the charging is finished so that others may charge their vehicles in time.
3、电动车须停放在架空层车库或楼宇周边指定的停放点内，摆放整齐，服从管理，听从指挥。禁止在疏散通道、安全出口、实验室、办公室、楼梯间等停放电动车。
All the electromobiles must be parked in the garage or the designated areas around the building. It is strictly forbidden to park the vehicles on exit route, in front of safety exit, laboratories, offices and staircases.
4、依据《中华人民共和国消防法》和《浙江省消防条例》的相关规定：禁止违反用电安全要求私拉电线和插座给电动车充电，任何单位、个人不得占用、堵塞、封闭疏散通道、安全出口、消防车通道。对电动车违规充电行为，责令改正，处五十元以上二百元以下罚款；对电动车违规停放者，批评教育，立即改正，经教育不改或不服从管理者，处五十元以上二百元以下罚款，并通报车主所在单位。
According to the Fire Control Law of PRC and Fire Control Law of Zhejiang Province, it is strictly forbidden to install wires and sockets in private for charging. No individual or unit is allowed to take space of the exit route, safety exit or the fire lane. Those who charge their electromobiles improperly will be fined with ranging from 50 to 200 RMB. Those who park their electromobiles improperly will be given a talk and if he or she refuses to correct the error will be fined with ranging from 50 to 200 RMB and the law executor will inform the offender’s unit about the offense as well.
