留学生办公室接杭州市出入境管理局通知：即日起，留学生前往杭州市出入境管理局办理签证及居留许可业务需提前预约，如无预约，签证中心将不受理。每天预约的数量为150名，可提前两周开始预约。请我校留学生，特别是将于9月底和10底到期的留学生老生提前两周到办公室办理续签所需材料并在规定时间内交完本学期或本年学费。如因欠费或无提前预约等个人原因导致签证过期由本人承担责任，将依据出入境相关法规及我校相关管理规定予以处罚，请各位留学生谨慎对待。

Notice issued by International Student Office, the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Hangzhou: From now on, foreign students will be able to, and are also required to make online visa appointment to apply for visas and residence permits.Individuals without appointment will be declined by the visa center.Daily maximum appointments is limited to 150, and can be made two weeks in advance.You are strongly advised, especially those with soon-to-expirevisa,to apply online for renewal two weeks in advance and pay off your tuition for this semester or this year within prescribed time.You will be held responsible for the expiration of your visa if you fail to pay before the deadline or fail to make an online appointment or out of other personal reasons, as well as bear consequences accordingly based on immigration laws and the relevant school management regulations.
